The verification process at Avinode Group requires gathering specific documents that outline key detailing information about a member’s business. This article lists this documentation, potential alternative documentation, templates, and samples for what is required. Depending on the type of membership that is being applied for, these requirements may vary or not be required.

Company Information Section (Registers and Certificates)
Proof of legal registration: These documents proof that the Company was legally created and registered.

Ownership Structure (Owners and Directors)
We understand companies are structured differently. If needed, please find below the structure that corresponds to your company and download a template. If you use one of these templates, please make sure you include:
- Company logo
- Company legal name and registered address
- Date
- Signature

Key People Section (IDs Requirement)
In this section, we kindly ask you to provide identification documents for all individuals listed as Key People in the form. The documents should be full color, cropped, and straightened image free from any glare. Please refer to the following instructions:
For some countries, at least one director (or owner, if a director hasn't been provided) is required to upload a selfie holding a valid ID close to their face. See the example image below. Note: The ID in the selfie must match the ID card attached for that key person in the form below.
Bank Accounts Section (Statements or Financials)
Bank Statements help us to confirm that your business is up and running and that the business activities are connected to business aviation. The bank statement must be registered in the Company's name. You can also provide alternative documentation.
