KYB Required Documents

The KYB verification process requires you to provide documents that verify your company's identity, ownership, and business activities. This article lists the required documentation, potential alternative documentation, templates, and samples. Depending on the type of membership being applied for, these requirements may vary or may not be required.  

We recommend using the templates provided on this page to minimize missing information and avoid delays in the review process. Please remember that the samples provided are for illustration only, and your actual documentation may vary. 

Company Information Section (Registers and Certificates)

Proof of legal registration: These documents prove that the Company was legally created and registered. 

Examples of company certificates and operating agreements.

Ownership Structure (Owners and Directors)

Templates of letter of ownership structure, directors, shareholders, and their respective percentages.

Key People Section (IDs Requirement)

In this section, we kindly ask you to provide two identification documents. More specifically, we require the following:

• One ID for the majority owner (directly or indirectly owning 10% or more)
• One ID for a company executive or director.

If no person directly or indirectly owns 10% or more of the company, we instead require IDs for two registered company executives or directors.

Please also note that the ID requirements differ when completing the KYB form for access to our payment solution. If you are seeking access to payments through Paynode, we require the following:

• IDs are required for all individuals listed as Key People in the form
• At least one director (or owner, if a director hasn't been provided) is required to upload a selfie holding a valid ID close to their face. See the example image below. Note: The ID in the selfie must match the ID card attached for that key person in the form below.

 

Bank Accounts Section (Statements or Financials)

This section is only required if you are completing KYB for access to our payment solution.

The Bank Statements help us confirm that your business is up and running and that its activities are connected to business aviation. The bank statement must be registered in the Company's name and dated within the last 3 months. We also require two signed charter sales quotes or invoices.
