  • How to Make Changes to a Past Trip?
    When you're trying to update/make changes to a trip that happened in the past and is released. Please follow these steps:

     

    1. Go on the trip page. Scroll down to the trip Checklist and go to the "Release Trip" section.
    2. Click on "Update"

    Go ahead and Uncheck the released leg you want to update. If you want to update all legs, click on "Release All" and save the changes made.

    Go to the top right corner of your trip page to "Scheduled Itinerary" and now you're able to Edit the itinerary details on your past trip.

    Weight and Balance

    Under the flight log's new page, the user will be able to insert weight and balance information under the flight log for record-keeping.

    The user will select the + sign under W/B.

  • VOR equipment check for IFR operations

    Select Aircraft > VOR

    Once on the VOR page, then select Company Settings.

    Select the VOR Check Enablecheckbox. This will allow for VOR checks to be enabled for your account. With this setting, Pilots will also be able to record VOR checks through the Schedaero Crew App.

    Once Selected save, go to Aircraft > VOR.

    Enable all desired aircraft, and select Save. This will allow your team to start recording VOR checks through Schedaero.

    To create a new VOR Check:

    1. Select the desired aircraft.

    Status :

    Current (green), Near Due (Yellow), and Expired (Red). VOR Checks will expire after 30 calendar days.

    Aircraft:

    Desired aircraft in which to perform the check.

    Check Date:

    The date the check was performed.

    Next Due:

    30 days, after the current check.

    Method :

    The pilot has the option to select between:

    • VOT Method

    • VOR Designated point (Ground)

    • VOR Designated point (Air)

    • Dual Vor Check

    • Enroute, Self Selected (Airborne Vor Check)

    Location:

    The VOR Code Identifier

    Frequency:

    The VOR frequency.

    Bearing Error:

    The difference. If it's negative, the user must add a negative sign.

    Completed By:

    Will show who completed the check.

  • Manual and Document Storage

    Managing your company documents is now easier than ever in Schedaero. To get started click on “Docs” in your navigation bar.

    Here you can see a list of all of your documents that have been uploaded along with their name, expiration date, who it was uploaded by, who it is assigned to, who it has been downloaded by, and the size of the file.

    You are able to search for a document by using the search bar and you can also filter the list by who the document is assigned to as well as by the expiration status.

    When a document has been assigned to a crew member they will be able to download and view it in their Schedaero iOS crew app.

    Adding A New Document:

    File: Attach the file you would like to upload

    Document Name: Give the document a name for easy recognition

    Assign to: Select crew members that this document needs to be accessible to

    Expiration Date: Select a date that the document will expire on

    Description: Add a description for the document

    Click “Save” and you are done!
