As an Avinode Group member, you have several Avinode employees (Noders) assigned to your account. Each of these Noders has a role in supporting your company’s goals and the day-to-day workflow. The breakdown below will give you a better understanding of each role and how we can assist you and your team's needs.
Your Account Manager is listed on your home page when you log on to Avinode. They are the go-to person for any questions about your account membership including adjustments to your fleet or account users, API integrations or other account add-ons, and billing questions. They are also here to have a conversation about your business, including your plans for the future, and how Avinode Group products may help.
Your Onboarding Specialist will help with onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Avinode Group products so that you can reach your operational goals while deriving our products maximum value. Your specialist will help setup your account and train your team while also educating you on existing and new features of Avinode. They will be your contact for the first few weeks while you start your account.
Customer Success Manager
Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will ensure you receive maximum value from the features you subscribe to. You can contact your CSM to talk about best practices on workflow, tips and tricks on optimizing your account, as well as to discuss feedback. This feedback they will bring back to our product teams. Your CSM is your product expert, and they are here to monitor the success of your account.
