What are Operator Response Statistics?
The response statistics are based on your company’s response behavior within the Avinode system over a 30-day period.
How are the statistics calculated?

Response Rate calculates the percentage of flight requests to which your company has responded.

Median Response Time calculates the median time your company takes to respond to flight requests.

The Median Price Difference calculates the difference between the operator’s profile price and the quoted price over a 30-day period. For detailed information on Median Price Difference, please see this article.
Who can view my statistics?
Response statistics are visible to everyone in the search results and the company information box, which can be reached from the search results.
Why are these statistics important?
Brokers send thousands of requests through Avinode daily, and responding quickly and accurately is one of the most effective ways to ensure that you pick up that business for your company. By responding quickly and accurately, you not only give brokers the confidence to make a first-time request from your company but also encourage them to return in the future.
How can I improve my activity statistics?

Response Rate: To improve this number, we urge you to accept or decline all incoming requests, even if it’s duplicated. All new requests are visible under Trips Selling page in Marketplace or you can reply through your FMS system and this reply will update the quote in Trips Buying page.

Median Response Time: Responding quickly to requests is key; therefore, Avinode recommends handling all requests in less than 45 minutes.

- Keep your aircraft schedule current to ensure you’re always ready for business. If you have an FMS, connect it to the Marketplace with one of our FMS integrations and ensure your real availability shows in the Avinode system.
- Take a close look at your pricing details—every line item and fee matters. You can also craft unique pricing profiles for each aircraft category or tail number, aiming for precision. You can also leverage urgent and seasonal rates to stay competitive.
- Finally, you can use routing profiles to streamline your operations and boost efficiency.
- If you quote from your FMS it is important that the Pricing profiles in Avinode is matched, as your Median Price Difference is calculated based on the Pricing profiles in Avinode.
