The Crew Apps offline features save pilots and crew members time, allowing them to perform tasks without an internet connection.

• Offline expenses can be created and are automatically submitted when an internet connection is established.

• Offline flight logs can be drafted without a connection, then finalized and submitted when an internet connection is available.

Offline Expenses

When offline, pilots and crew members can create expenses in the Crew App:

• Once created, the expenses will be pending until a network connection is established:

• When a network connection is available, the pending expenses are submitted automatically:

Offline Flight Logs

• When offline, pilots can create flight log drafts in the Crew App:

Logging MX Discrepancies in the Crew App 

Offline discrepancy logging can be used when an aircraft is integrated with CAMP. The discrepancy can be drafted offline and submitted once an internet connection is available.

• When offline, pilots or crew members can create discrepancy drafts:

• Navigate to a scheduled trip and scroll down to aircraft

• Select View Aircraft > Discrepancies > Add

• Fill in the discrepancy information and select submit

With the new Crew App Notification Center, your team can easily stay connected and communicate trip changes without additional steps. Whenever a trip is updated in Schedaero, a notification will be automatically sent to your pilots and crew, which can be accessed anytime in the Notification Center.

Some things to keep in mind

• All users will have to be on IOS 16 or higher to use the Notification Center

• If a flight leg on a trip is canceled, an “Unassigned to Flight” notification is created

• For a Crew Member to see subsequent notifications about a flight, they must open/read the initially assigned notification before the new notifications are available

Stay on top of your duty time with our Duty Widget!

The Schedaero Duty Widget allows you to easily see your current duty time on your home or lock screen and links you directly to the Crew App when you need to duty on or off.

Reasons you may not see the Schedaero Duty Widget as an option:

1. You will need to be on IOS 16.2 or later

2. The widget is not available on iPad lock screen unless running iOS 17

3. You must be logged in to the app in order to install the widget.

    

    
    

How to add the Duty Widget to your Home Screen From the Home Screen, touch and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps jiggle. Tap the Add button in the upper-left corner. Search Schedaero and click the logo - Tap Add Widget at the bottom of the screen. Tap Done in the upper right-hand corner.

How to add widgets to your Lock Screen Touch and hold the Lock Screen until the Customize button appears, then tap Customize. Tap the box above or below the time to see the widgets that you can add to your Lock Screen. Tap or drag the Duty Widget, if you don't see it you can scroll down to Schedaero and select it from there. Tap above the widget selection screen and then tap done at the top of your screen.
