Your pilots can now confirm trip details directly through the iOS Crew App, eliminating the need for manual emails, texts, or phone calls. This update enables you to communicate seamlessly and efficiently with your pilots. As an operator, you can quickly send trip acknowledgment requests for each leg and per user. Pilots can then view and confirm these updates directly in the app.
Gone are the days of excessive back-and-forth communication and losing track of important information!
Request Acknowledgement
As a operator, you can request acknowledgement by navigating to Trips > Scheduled Trips > Select and Edit ✏️ your trip > Tab Crew and Passengers. To the right side you'll find the Request Trip Review link, press the request link to notify the Pilot.
You'll get the option to select the Legs you'd like the pilot to review, add a optional note and hit Send Request.
Request Received
The Pilot will receive a push notification asking for a review.
When the pilot opens the iOS app to review requests, they can see which trips are marked with "Acknowledgment Requested"
Once the Pilot has reviewed the request, our system will update the status to "Viewed," along with the date and time of the review. The next step for the Pilot is to acknowledge the trip by tapping the button labeled "Acknowledging...". This action will also be reflected to the Operator, showing the status as "Acknowledged."
