Offline features in the Crew App

The Crew Apps offline features save pilots and crew members time, allowing them to perform tasks without an internet connection.

• Offline expenses can be created and are automatically submitted when an internet connection is established.

• Offline flight logs can be drafted without a connection, then finalized and submitted when an internet connection is available.

Note: Offline flight logs is currently in beta. Reach out to your CSM if you would like to get access!

Offline Expenses

• When offline, pilots and crew members can create expenses in the Crew App:
  
  
  
  
• Once created, the expenses will be pending until a network connection is established:

• When a network connection is available, the pending expenses are submitted automatically:
   
  

Offline Flight Logs

• When offline, pilots can create flight log drafts in the Crew App:
  
  

• After the information for the log is filled out, it can be saved as a draft:
