How do I access the KYB form?

Access the form using the link in the email sent from verify@avinode.com or in Avinode under Company  → KYB information.

Who can view KYB information?

Access to the KYB information is highly restricted. Only a small, dedicated team within Avinode Group, and or payment solution providers compliance teams can view it.

KYB Form Sections

Some sections of the KYB form may not apply, depending on the country where your company is registered. These sections are clearly marked within the form. Here is a quick overview of what each section covers:

• Section 1: Let's Get Started

  Select the country where your company is registered and begin the verification process.

• Section 2: Company Information

  Provide your company's legal name, contact details, registered address, and ownership structure. If you need help with the documentation, find samples and templates in our KYB Required Document article.

• Section 3: Key People

  Provide information about your company's Owners, Executives, Directors, and Representatives, including their IDs. 

  Note: For companies joining Paynode located outside the European Union, one director must complete the selfie verification step.

• Section 4: Financial Information (For payments platform members Only)

  This section helps us to confirm that your business is operational and that the business activities are related to business aviation. 

• Section 5: Sign & Submit

  Review all the information you've entered before submitting the form. If you need to make changes, select Unlock to edit your information. When you're ready, click the "Save" button to send your completed form, otherwise we won't receive your submission.
