How to request a payment when I'm using an external quoting system?
Paynode can be used even when you are quoting from your own system. To always keep you and your team in the loop, we will send you a notification as soon as the payment arrives to your account.
As a first step, start by adding you wire instructions to your quote/invoice system and save them as default. You can find your wire details in Paynode under Payment - Wire Instructions.
Whenever you want to request a payment for your trip, go to Paynode and select Request Payment and input your customer details. The request will include:
- Your customer details
- Payment method and currency for you to select
- Amount(s) to be charged
- Trip itinerary
- Terms and conditions
- Cancellation Policy
You can add your policies as Documents, and you have the option to add a personalized message to be shown to your client. Once the payment is received you will get an instant notification to confirm that the funds has arrived.
If you select Instant Payment, note that your customer need to be a Paynode member. In that case, you will see a Paynode badge next to the requesters name. This means your customer is in the network, and you can send them an Instant Payment request to get paid within seconds.
