Currencycloud, one of Paynode’s payment providers, are updating their Terms of Use for the USD currency account. Therefore, they have contacted every Currencycloud user directly to ensure they agree to these new terms.
What should I do?
If your company's Paynode Currency Account user received an email from noreply@currencycloud.com they need to follow the given instructions to complete the process of accepting the Terms of Use.
All fields need to be completed:
- First and last name
- Company Legal Name (not company's trade name)
- Individual company domain email (please use the same email address as the one received in the communication)
Will this affect my Paynode services?
As long as you accept the new Terms of Use by October 10th, there will be no impact on your Paynode services. This update is simply a requirement from our payment provider.
What happens if I don’t accept by October 10th, 2024?
If you don’t accept the updated terms by this date, your USD account will be restricted from receiving inbound funds (they will be rejected). However, you will still be able to make payouts and the balance in your USD account will remain unaffected.
How do I enable my USD account again?
To enable your USD account make sure that your Company's Paynode Currency Account user reviews and accepts the updated Terms of Use. Once accepted, please let us know by submitting a support ticket so that we can work with our payment provider to enable the USD account within a few days. For urgent matters please contact your Customer Success Manager. Click here to accept the new Terms of Use.
