Managing Two-factor Authentication (2FA) Admin Role

If you’re an account admin, you have the ability to help other users to:

• Reset their password

• Reset their Two-factor Authentication (2FA) method

To reset a user password

1. Go to "Company"

2. Then to "Users"

3. Find the user you want to reset the password

4. Go to "Personal info" tab

5. Click"Send password reset email"

To reset Two-factor Authentication (2FA) 

1. Go to "Company"

2. Then to "Users"

3. Find the user you want to reset the password

4. Go to "Personal info" tab

5. Click "Reset All 2FA Method for This User"
