How to request a payment from my Schedaero or Trip Manager workflow?
Paynode allows you to initiate a payment request based on your quote details, directly from your workflow. You can choose to present your customer with multiple payment options.
To always keep you and your team in the loop, we will send you a notification as soon as the payment arrives to your account.
Start by opening your quote, and prepare what payment options you want to include. Choose from Wire transfer, Credit Card or Instant Payment.
By requesting a payment directly from your quote details all customer information will be pre-filled, no double entry is needed. The request will include:
- Your customer details
- Payment method and currency for you to select
- Amount(s) to be charged
- Trip itinerary
- Terms and conditions
- Cancellation Policy
You can add your policies as Documents, and you have the option to add a personalized message to be shown to your client. Once the payment is received you will get an instant notification to confirm that the funds has arrived.
If you select Instant Payment, note that your customer need to be a Paynode member. In that case, you will see a Paynode badge next to the requesters name. This means your customer is in the network, and you can send them an Instant Payment request to get paid within seconds.
