How to request a payment from my Avinode workflow, when working in Trips Selling?
You can initiate a payment request based on your trip details, directly from your workflow. All details are pre-populated in to your payment request, no double entry is needed.
To always keep you and your team in the loop, we will send you a notification as soon as a payment arrives to your account.
Start setting up your payment request by opening the specific trip in Trips Selling, and click "Request Payment".
You will be presented with an overview of your request, where you can view and edit any pre-filled information. The request will include:
- Your customer details
- Payment method and currency for you to select
- Amount(s) to be charged
- Trip itinerary
- Terms and conditions
- Cancellation Policy
You can add your policies as Documents, and you have the option to add a personalized message to be shown to your customer.
Once the payment is received you will get an instant notification to confirm that the funds has arrived.
Want to get paid instantly?
If your customer is a Paynode member, you can request to get paid instantly using Instant Payment as payment method. In Trips Selling, you will see a Paynode badge next to the requesters company name.
This means you can send them an Instant Payment request, and get paid within seconds. Simply choose Instant Payment as payment method and publish your request.
