Can You Provide Me with More Information Regarding U.S. Charter eAPIS Set Up?

To set up the Operator account with Charter eAPIS, the Operator must already have access and credentials to the CBP Charter Submission portal.

The Operator is required to enter their U.S. Sender ID (private) and 3 Digit Carrier Code (Charter) on the Settings Integrations page.

Operator Access Request to CBP

Once the Sender ID and Carrier Code have been entered into Schedaero, we will email CBP to request that the Operator Charter eAPIS Submission access be changed to use Schedaero.

Once CBP has approved this request, we will notify the Operator that they are now able to submit their eAPIS through Schedaero.
