1. Click on the profile picture in the top right hand corner. This will provide a list of options. Next click on the tab, Support access.
2. This will provide a pop-up to confirm and save. We recommend providing access to the team before reaching out.
3. To remove access, please follow steps 1 & 2. The system will give the option to disable support access.
4. New team members will need authorization from the Administrator to grant support access. Please make sure to assign permission- grant and revoke access for Avinode support. Please see article to learn more.
