How Does the FlightBridge Integration Work with Schedaero?

At SchedAero we are constantly thinking how to make our members life more simple to reduce their workload. That's why we have integrated with Flight Bridge. 

Flight Bridge is a third party platform connecting Private Aviation with their trusted network of trip service vendors and partners. 

To have a Flight Bridge integration, you must contact support@flightbridge.com. Once you have let them know you want to integrate with SchedAero, they will provide you with a three digit code. 

Now, let the fun begin! 

How do we enable it with SchedAero?

Company → Settings → Integration

Once you are in the Integration tab, scroll down until you find Flight Bridge. 

To enable the Flight Bride Integration, you have to select the Enable checkbox. Once the checkbox has been selected, a Operator Code box will appear. 

The operator code is the 3 digit code that flight bridge will provide. Do not forget to select SAVE!

Upon saving immediately, we will send all future trips to Flight Bridge. 

SWEET! so now we have integrated Flight Bridge with Schedaero.

You might be asking, How does it work?

After the Integration has been successfully enabled, all current and future trips should sync automatically from SchedAero to Flight Bridge. Changes to the TRIP ITINERARY in Schedaero will sync across to the Flight Bridge.

To optimize the use of this integration, we recommend to schedule the trip itinerary in SchedAero. Catering, Hotel, or other services should be booked in Flight Bridge. Once this has been added and completed via Flight Bridge, all this information will shoot over to the SchedAero platform!

SchedAero will show the vendor and associated trip notes. 

What If I have to make a change?

We recommend to perform all changes, via Flight Bridge. Remember, this integration is a one way road, Flight Bridge to SchedAero. However all trip Itinerary changes and future scheduled trips will sync to Flight Bridge.

Will my pilots have all this information?

We love pilots! So the answer is ... YES! By the time you are reading this, we are hoping that you have downloaded and already using our iOS SchedAero crew application.

Pilots will be able to see in their SchedAero Crew Application any notes added from Flight Bridge.

How do I make sure that my information has been synced? 

Following the same steps shown above, Company → Settings → Integration. Scroll down all the way to Flight Bridge integration. There will be a Last Trip Sync information.
