Fuel

From the Fuel tab, the system gives the user the ability to lookup an airport World Fuel pricing.

Fuel Price Look Up by Airport:

Input the Airport code to start the search then click on “View World Fuel prices”.

Input: Estimated fuel amount, fuel volume, currency, and whether the flight is domestic or international. The estimated pricing for the fuel request will be highlighted in yellow at each FBO.

Booking Fuel:

The user can book a fuel request for future trips.

The user will click on Book Fuel at the airport and input FBO notes.

The user will Input the Estimated Fuel amount then click on “Request” once they have chosen the FBO.

The user will send off the Fuel request handling email to World Fuel.

Once the fuel request has been sent, the user will see the request confirmation under the trip fuel notes.
