In most instances, the Avinode system emails will end up in a spam/junk folder. This can happen if you update your security settings or change your email domain.
Step 1: Check your spam folder.
The Avinode team recommends checking your spam folder for a system@avinode.com email domain.
Step 2: Add Avinode's email as a safe sender.
We recommend adding this email to your whitelist as a safe sender.
