Please see the instructions below on how to grant access.
1. Click on the profile picture in the top right-hand corner. This will provide a list of options. Next click on the tab, Support access.
2. This will take you to a page where you can grant support access and set an expiration date for the access up to 14 days in the future. We recommend providing access to the team before reaching out.
3. To remove access, please follow steps 1 & 2. The system will give the option to disable support access.
4. New team members will need authorization from the Administrator to grant support access. Please make sure to assign permission- grant and revoke access for Avinode support. Please see article to learn more.
