Setup Rules to Only Receive Requests for the Next 30 Days

We understand not all operators want to sell trips past 30-45 days in the Avinode marketplace. Therefore, save time and reduce the manual effort of declining these trip requests by adding a rule to the aircraft or fleet. 

Please note our maximum days out rule can support any value. The 30-45 day is one example. We have seen operators apply 30,45, 60 & 120 days out. This feature is 100% flexible with the ability to turn on and off at anytime.

1. Go to Aircraft → Routing Profiles

2. Select "new" to pull up the below screenshot, then add the name along with the aircraft you choose to apply this rule to.

3. Scroll down to the Aircraft availability section. Add the maximum days out you desire for this rule and hit "save".
