Creating a Professional Quote

This article will show you how to create a professional quote in Avinode Trip Manager. Please make sure you are on the Trip Manager tab on the home page.

Step 1: Go to Trips 

Step 2: Create a Quote and fill out all corresponding information below.

Note: under Itinerary you may add additional legs by clicking the green plus button on the lower right hand corner of that section.

Step 3: Click on Add notes & additional aircraft tab below to add notes and additional aircraft. You may also add a generic tail to this quote by clicking the drop-down arrow next to add aircraft.

Step 4: Click save quote and it's that simple!
