This Paynode Fees Schedule sets forth the amounts Sub-Merchant pays to Paynode for each Payment Transaction processed through the Payment Platform, effective as of June 7, 2021 (“Effective Date”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the same meaning as defined in the Paynode General Terms and Conditions.

An additional .60% is added to the Discount Rate for American Express cards issued outside of the United States.

In the event of a refund, the American Express fee will be reversed except for .2%.

American Express card acceptance is only available to US registered Paynode members.

*Currency is determined by the registered country of the Sub-Merchant.

** "Regular" will send the payment via local payment methods, such as ACH, SEPA, or UK Faster Payment.
“Discount Rate” means the percentage deducted from the Payer Funds in order to calculate the Sub-Merchant Funds.
“Interchange” means the fees charged by the Scheme Owner and the Card issuing bank, based on the Card used by the Payer.
Paynode can change Discount Rates at any time in its sole discretion, provided that such change will not be effective until the date that is 30 days after Paynode has notified Sub-Merchant of such change.
