Can I capture an authorized card hold after service switching to Stripe?
To ensure a smooth transition, we suggest capturing funds before May 31st at 7:00 AM EST, although there will be a few days that holds made before the switch can continue to be captured.
What happens to my cards on file after May 31st at 7:01 AM EST.
After the switch, active cards currently on file will need to be re-entered.
What is the last day that I can use a card on file to charge my client?
The last time you can charge a card on file before the switch to Stripe is May 31st at 7:00 AM EST. After the switch, you will need to re-enter the card on file.
How will payouts work after May 31st at 7:01 AM EST.
Payouts will continue as normal for transactions performed before and after the switch to Stripe.
What are the fees with Stripe?
Mastercard and Visa will have a flat fee of 3.49%.
Will AMEX be available after the switch to Stripe?
No, not at this time. We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize. Please know that we are actively working to restore AMEX support as soon as possible.
What happens if I haven’t submitted additional KYB information before the switch to Stripe?
In this case, you will lose access to card services starting May 31st at 7:01 AM EST until you have completed the additional KYB fields, submitted, and been approved. However, you can still access our wire, FX, and instant payment options.
Go to Paynode > Company > KYB Information to fill in additional fields.
