At checkout, your client is asked to confirm whether they are the passenger or if they are making a payment on behalf of a passenger. If they’re paying for someone else, they’ll be prompted to provide the passenger’s full name, date of birth, and nationality

How quickly is the Sanctions check done?

If the requested information is not provided or is incomplete, it causes the payment to be flagged for additional review.

Provide Passenger Details: To clear the sanction check, simply reply to the email with the passenger's full name, date of birth, and nationality.
