My External Accounts🔸

Paynode has a transactional fee structure & applies transactional fees for outgoing wire transfers to 3rd Parties. 

- Incoming wire transfers will not attract any fees
- Withdrawals from Paynode to your traditional bank account "payments to self" will not incur any fees

⚠️In order to ensure you are not charged 3rd party wire fees for payments to self, you need to ensure your company's bank account are correctly setup as external accounts ⚠️

How do I set up my company's external accounts?

You'll find My External Accounts under the tab Company > Settings > My External Accounts. Also to be found here.

1. Under the Account field review your company's accounts.
2. If the field is blank, type to search or choose from the drop-down.

What should I do if I can't select or locate my External account?

if you can't find the settings, or if you're unable to select or locate your external account, please ensure you've checked the following:

User Permissions: To access My External Accounts you'll need to have full Finance permissions, please contact your company Avinode admin if you lack the right permissions.

The company bank matches the one in the KYB information form. Note that the bank account added to My External Accounts should be registered to the same legal entity as your approved bank account during your initial KYB application.

The pre-filled bank account is correct:  In some cases, we were able to pre-fill your bank details based on the information given in your application process. If the pre-filled account is incorrect or you can't find the bank account follow the steps below. 

1. If the account is incorrect or if you can find the correct account go to step 2. 
2. Search and select from the accounts in the Account field.
3. If you can't find your external bank account or need to be corrected, click Manage Beneficiaries located at the top of the My External Accounts page and you'll be directed to the Account Console to locate your Currency accounts. 
4. Add your external bank details under Beneficiary.
5. Repeat step 2, to search and select the correct account. 
6. Update your company's bank under your KYB form and submit it. This is found under the Company tab and KYB Information from the drop-down.
