How to get started

Before turning on the integration in Schedaero:

Contact your customer success manager for the CAMP Indemnity Agreement. This will need to be completed before the integration can be turned on.

Reach out to CAMP to request your CAMP API username and password for the Schedaero integration by emailing support@campsystems.zendesk.com

Setting up the integration: Company → Settings → Aircraft Tab

Determine if you want to enable predictive maintenance alerts based on scheduled hours. This forces the maintenance warnings on the Calendar and Quote pages to Count scheduled hours for system warnings.

- Add your CAMP Maintenance Account
- A menu will open where you can enter your API username and password that you received from CAMP, then Save & Sync

Once your account is added, it will immediately start to go through the syncing process. You will see the status change in real time in the “Status” column. Once it shows the green synced status, you can start to map your aircraft.

All of your active aircraft in Schedaero will be listed in the far left column “Reg No”. Select the same tail number from the “Integration Aircraft” drop-down to map the aircraft to the corresponding CAMP record.

Once synced, you will be able to see the status of each individual aircraft.

Why am I getting a sync error?

This is most likely because your aircraft or engine serial numbers do not match what is shown in CAMP. Go to Aircraft -> Aircraft Status and select the correct aircraft. You can edit the serial numbers. They must match exactly what is shown in CAMP.

Why isn't my aircraft showing on the integration aircraft drop-down?
-
This is likely because CAMP has not included them in the API for the integration. Reach out to CAMP and ask them to include the missing aircraft in your Schedaero x CAMP integration.
