DUTY DASHBOARD SETTINGS AND VIEWING FILTERS:
Settings Gear

Click the settings gear in the right-hand corner of the duty dashboard, a settings window will populate on the screen.

Timezone: This is a user-specific timezone. The timezone setting will convert to any desired timezone by the user. When they log back in, this specific timezone will show unless the user changes it. We recommend viewing the same timezone as your aircraft base and/or the time zone the crew schedule events are added in.

Auto Refresh Interval: The frequency with which the dashboard will automatically refresh. This setting is intended to be helpful for teams that leave the dashboard open on a TV or computer monitor in their office. The minimum is every 5 minutes, maximum is 30 minutes.
Filters

Pilots: allows filtering by specific pilots

Aircraft: Allows filtering for crew members who are qualified to fly on a specific tail, aircraft type, or by type ratings.
USING THE DUTY DASHBOARD
The duty dashboard breaks up pilots by "On Duty Pilots", "Available Pilots", and "Unavailable Pilots".
On Duty Pilots
This section will show all pilots that are currently on duty.
Pilots must duty on via the Schedaero Crew App to show as an On Duty Pilot. Learn about duty logging on the pilot app HERE.

Pilot Name, Home Base, and Position |
Remaining Duty Time: |
Remaining Duty. This accounts for FAA 135.267 (C). Once a pilot duties on, this column will provide a live countdown from 14 hours. |
Duty Start: |
The time the pilot starts duty on the Schedaero Crew App. |
Projected Duty End : |
The projected duty off time should a pilot complete the full 14-hour duty day per 135.267 (C). |
Projected Flight Time: |
Projected flight time based on scheduled trips for that day. |
Available Pilots
This section will show all pilots who are available based on their schedule.
Pilot: |
Pilot Name, Home Base, and Position |
Available Duty Time: |
Available Duty Based on 135.267. This will always show as 14 hours until the pilot logs on and moves to an on-duty pilot. |
Projected Duty Start: |
Time pilot is projected to start duty. This is based on the crew scheduled. |
Projected Duty End : |
The time that schedaero projects the pilot will end their duty based on the crew schedule. |
Projected Flight Time: |
Projected flight time for the day based on scheduled trips. |
Unavailable Pilots
This section will show all pilots who are not available based on their schedule or if they are still completing their rest. Once a pilot completes their duty event, they will show unavailable for the next 10 hours based on 135.267.
