If an employee has left your company, the administrator for your account should delete the user account. To delete an existing account, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Company → Users.
2. Locate the user you want to remove and click on the red ball on the right hand side of the page, labeled "Delete".
3. After clicking there will be a pop-up that asks you if you are sure you want to delete this user it will look like the below:
4. Click "OK" and that user will be deleted!
